With her extensive experience and numerous Master of Sport certifications, she guides individuals of all fitness levels towards achieving significant physical improvements. Her "8 Weeks to Increased Strength" program provides personalized online training, starting with an assessment and ongoing consultations, enabling clients to lift heavier, improve overall fitness, and enhance their daily life functionality from the comfort of their homes.

Michelle Offers An “8 weeks to increased strength”

A program which includes and initial assessment and consultation to determine an appropriate starting place. With continued individualized programming and consultations as needed. All done online from the privacy of your own home.

In Fall of 2012, the coach asked her if she would be interested in competing in Kettlebell Sport Lifting–there was a meet in Feb 2013 called the Cali Open. Taking on this challenge at the age of 44, she went.  She had to stop her set because she accidentally touched the Kettlebell after switching arms. With new-found determination she trained for Cali Open 2014 & took home the Best Overall Female Lifter award. In teaching & coaching the KB Sport movements to others, she finds that it is approachable for all ages and all fitness (or no fitness) backgrounds. These lifts cover all aspects of the body simultaneously–muscles, joints, ligaments, bone density, cardio, lungs…every workout covers everything without leaving a 4×4 ft space with minimal equipment.

According to Michelle, “You will be able to lift TONS of weight–literally.  Having the ability to lift & carry 35-50+lbs for 10 minutes or longer is very applicable to functioning in life. The work is simple yet hard until you discover how to make it easy.  I can guide you on that journey.”
